In-state five-star prospect Dylan Harper committed to the Scarlet Knights on Tuesday, making Rutgers the No. 3 recruiting class in the nation behind only Duke and Kentucky

• According to 247sports, Harper is about as close as you can get to a 100 overall rating at 0.9995 in the composite

• Harper chose Rutgers over Duke, Indiana, Auburn, Georgetown, and others

• The guard stands in at 6-6, 210lbs for the 2024-25 roster along with previously featured Ace Bailey
