โš” WAY BACK WEDNESDAY

On Halloween Day in 1992, Rutgers staged one of the most remarkable comebacks in school history during a homecoming game at the old Rutgers Stadium. Facing off against Virginia Tech, the Scarlet Knights trailed 42-30 at the start of the fourth quarter. In a thrilling finish, Rutgers quarterback Bryan Fortay connected with wide receiver Chris Brantley for a 15-yard touchdown pass as time expired, sealing a 50-49 victory. Fortay had an outstanding performance, throwing for 338 yards and four touchdowns, all to Brantley, who ended the game with 124 receiving yards.
