Max Melton is the fourth Rutgers student-athlete in three seasons to be invited to the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, joining Adam Korsak (2023), Bo Melton (2022), and Isiah Pacheco (2022)
There are some great reasons why he’s earned an invite too 👇
Two-time Big Ten Conference Honorable Mention
Started 40 games in a Rutgers uniform in his 43 total games played
Career totals include 22 pass breakups, eight interceptions, 114 tackles, four fumble recoveries, and four blocked kicks
Melton will first put on for the Reece’s Senior Bowl in Mobile on February 3 before the defensive backs workout on March 1
Not a bad week for the Melton brothers:
• Bo Melton becomes the first @packers WR with 100+ yards in a game this season. He also scores his 1st touchdown in a big victory on @SNFonNBC.
• Max Melton gets invited to the NFL Combine! (@melton_max)

No. 14 Wrestling will get back to its dual meet schedule with Penn and Rider on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Let’s take a look at the season thus far 👇
In the squad’s last duel match, the Scarlet Knights handled Buffalo in a 40-0 decision (that’s a lot)
Penn is 0-1 in duals this season with a 22-13 loss to No. 13 Iowa; Rider is 1-3 with its only win coming against SIU Edwardsville (Ill.)
Rutgers is one of nine ranked Big Ten Conference opponents
Dean Peterson (125) is, by some publications, as high as No. 2 in the country in his weight class
Mitch Moore, Peterson, John Poznanski, and Yaraslau Slavikouski are a combined 27-0 this season
Dylan Shawver keeps climbing the national rankings, now up to No. 9 according to @InterMat! We now have four guys within the top 10!
No. 2 Peterson (125)
No. 7 Slavikouski (HWT)
No. 8 Poznanski (197)
No. 9 Shawver (133)#RelentlessPursuit | #GoRU
